What is the difference between Look Keo and Look Delta?

Delta cleats are much older and discontinued by Look. KEO are the newer cleats. The major difference is in the shape and thickness of the cleats. Delta cleats are a tad longer and thicker than KEO.

Are Look Keo and Delta the same?

Despite both being Look, the cleats are completely different. While Look Delta cleats fit in wider and larger pedals, Look Keo are narrower and smaller. It is best to use each where it is most suitable to avoid disappointments.

Will Delta cleats work on Keo pedals?

Look Delta system road cycling shoes use a 3 bolt cleat pattern and are extensively used with Peloton, Flywheel and Soul Cycle. Look Delta cleats are not compatible with Look KEO or Shimano systems.
